End of 2015 World Series Quick Start?

Another one I have proposed in the past. Instead of having to deal with what the real GMs have done from early November until March, is it possible to offer a Quick Start from after the World Series & do it our own way?
Using my Royals as an example, maybe I want to stretch my budget to re-sign Zobrist, or go after a FA SP other than Ian Kennedy.
Now of course all of this would be foolish since GMDM is a genius and contradicting him is crazy, but maybe I want to try anyway!

*This feature would likely be embraced by fans of teams with far inferior GMs to GMDM... basically every other team!

I'd like to propose the same thing, but also make it an option for historical games.

For example, let's say I want to take over the Yankees starting in 2000. Under the current system, the 1999-2000 offseason moves had already occurred. But, I'd love to have an option to have the world start at the end of the 1999 season. Put everybody back to the last team they played on in 1999 and then make the free agents be anyone with 6+ years experience at that point.

The problem with 2015 Royals that Ben Zobrist is missing and have still like Fannegan and so on. Yes trying to make What if like Royals kepted Active people they got rid besides who's on this year's.
If we're doing Marlins if Rays would include Retired.
