How Do You Keep the Game from Importing Black, Hispanic, East Asian and Japanese Players?

Easy button.

1. Go to the mods forums.
2. Download Questdogs names and ethnicities DB.
3. Follow instructions install.
4. change template file to something like world_org
5. Change 1870 world template file to world template.

This puts African American and all future created black players
their own country which allows for Negro leagues if you want them. If you have a game going you will have to reimport the world template in the game.

When you want to integrate. Change the world file back to 1870_world. then change the QD_world to world. Reimport DB.

I haven't done this in ages but IIRC the world template file needs to be modified to do what you need it to do. QD's files should do exactly what you need with just a download and renaming a few files. It also has three sets of names 1870 (pre=1970's). 1970's and 2000's. Each name reflect the era.
