All Star Game?

I didn't see anything about schedules in the manual, and browsed the schedule forum and saw nothing. Here's my question: is it possible/how do you create an all-star game if you manually input a schedule? I manually entered the 2006 MLB schedule, but couldn't find a way to schedule an all-star game. I know it's probably something obvious that I just overlooked, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is not a way currently to schedule all alone an ASG as there was in previous versions. Hopefully some method for doing this will be added with time.

FWIW, the file "major_american_league_ml_c_2006.lsdl" in the data/schedules folder matches the specs for MLB and includes the ASG. That file could be imported directly.

Where do I find that file?

In the schedules directory in the data folder in whatever folder you have the OOTP2006 in.

Export the file and manually text-edit the gameday of the ASG into the header? Then import the modified schedule?

Presuming that worked, I'd change the ASG tick-box in League Setup>Options, too.

I don't have that file in that directory. I only have up to 2005. And I have patched the game. Am I doing something wrong?

Make sure you are looking for the file "major_american_league_ml_c_2006.lsdl". The files "major_league_ml_c_####.lsdl" only go up through 2005.
