Why does OOTP import logos darkened?

Ok, so this has been bugging me for quite some time. Logos always seem to import much darker then the actual image. Why is this and how do we fix it? See the screen shot. The "feel" of the logo is completely different. It looks like gold and black, but the actual images is green and gold.

Lol well I'm not making it up! Perhaps different colors are affected. I'm also on a Mac, if that's relevant

I have a mac and I suffer the same issue. Some logos are getting darker when imported in the game.

I have found that if you add the files directly to the logos folder in your saved games, the effect is not as noticeable. But we shouldn't have to do that
