Those Orioles, What a Mess!

So I started a new game with the 2018 Orioles the other day. Oh my what a mess this team is. Not to mention the owners expectations to make the playoffs. Ugh, whoever signed that Chris Davis contract ought to have their mental stability evaluated. On top of the crappy team I had Adam Jones go down for 3-4 months, Darren O'day hurt for 3 months along with Rasmus down for 6 weeks.

This is why my Orioles are fictional. Reality is bad enough, who would want to deal with that mess in OOTP too?

Well, on the bright side, Peter Angelos Sr. usually kicks the bucket in most OOTP replays so once he does and his son takes over, things should start looking up.

I would never wish death on someone in real life, but I'm definitely not above doing it in game. I celebrate when he dies in game. As for Adam Jones, he always sucks for me anyway. He'll slash like .240/.270/.380. In my current Orioles save, the bullpen is the bigger mess surprisingly

I just finished my first real MLB season as the Rangers and noticed the Orioles were able to lock-up Machado mid-season on a 5-year extension @ 24 million per year. So it's not all bad...
