Looks great with the helmets on, plus the goalies look really good. Though do the goalie masks change colour depending on the team's colours? Or at the very least, do they look different for each team or keep the same design?

More importantly, can custom goalie masks be made and put on the goalies?

Is there a way to disable facegen by editing any game files?
I don't mean to sound ungrateful to the work being put into facegen for FHM 2. |

Colour wise I'll be honest I haven't really played around with it too much, but I would assume in the end the colours will be able to be changed/updated the same way team colours can be, etc. And ... Quote:

It's funny though to hear the early opinions that everyone likes the helmeted version much better.. I actually didn't mind the non-helmeted version... That being said, good news for those who don't like it.. I talked to Sebastian today and he mentioned the fact that hair in Facegen is a real big problem and thus, when the full game ships, all players will be helmeted, regardless of whether or not they are on teams or not. So there you have it! |

Hey Cole !
Will we be able to pick the exact color we want for our team ? Like using the hexa for each or are they determined color ? Thank you for your answer and those preview |

You can pick the exact color. There are set basic colors but you can also drag along a rainbow chart thingy (not sure the exact name of that?) or manually input red/green/blue values or put in a HTML value to arrive at a color.

Maybe run the trades that were made in the 2014-15 season or past "major" trades (Gretzky deal... Kurvers to Toronto for a 1st rounder... Lindros deal..) and see how the AI values them and post the results??

Hi Cole, will there possibly be an option to put the normal skater helmets on the goalies in FaceGen? I enjoy seeing each players' unique facial features, and the goalie helmet largely seems to limit or obstruct visibility of the face. Other than that, I am quite pleased with how they look. Thank you!

I'm glad hearing the goalie masks likely will be updated to reflect the team's colours, I'd figure the same thing goes for the helmets anyway.

I have to agree with this. Have a closer look the next time a player in an NHL game loses his helmet and continues his shift. His head looks like a pencil eraser. This is quite unlike many years ago when shoulder pads were a sensible size.

Looking at the facegens, they are definitely getting better even if the skin tone looks off (im presuming its just a dummy model)
The width of the pictures could possibly do with being scaled down.. OOTP16s feels spot on with its portrait style images (perhaps half way down the black triangle on his chest and near to his ears) Like this perhaps: |
