WWBA Reborn Part Deux

Well there seems to be a definite pattern computer crashes, universe lost, purchase new computer and start over. So I am going to start up a new universe with some new ideas I have been kicking around. Some of the guidelines for the universe will be sorted out as time goes on but my goal is to keep things simple. More to follow.

As for the fighters I am going to start with a pool of heavyweight fighters from 1980-1995. Based on the initial fighters that come with the game the top rated fighter of the group is a 13 Mike Tyson. So the fighter distribution with be as follows. No real reason why just figured this looked good and was easy. I am going to try for a mix of countries but will really not setup any specific regional distribution to keep it simple.

So I added a few additional RFG 0 rated fighters to increase the competition and I now have a universe of 236 fighters. So much for keeping things small and simple.

Next step is how to handle the fighters who have moved to pre-prime especially the ones ranked in the top 20. I have simmed 17 months of action to get some ranked fighters and build some history.

I am now at the stage where I need to setup a title fight. I had originally thought I would have just one belt but that has changed. I am initially going to start with one belt, the WBC and then add in a couple others like the WBA and IBF.

Just a quick teaser. The current top 5 ranked fighters are listed below:

1. David Tua - 14-0 (14)
2. Lennox Lewis - 12-0 (12)
3. Mike Tyson - 12-0 (12)
4. Jorge Luis Gonzalez - 11-0-1 (10)
5. Clarence Hill - 13-1 (11)
