Still can't download updated lg file in-game
I got it to work once, but the other 20+ times I tried I get a message that says "Error: Could Not Download File"
Every. Single. Time. I think it was Alan M who had a suggestion but that got lost in The Big Board Crash of 2009. This is the Mac version and is patched with the latest .36 patch. Same problem occured with .31 Same problem happened with OOTP 9 in a different league. I can't be the only one with this issue, can I? |

dola,
If I go into FTP settings the FTP box is checked and if I copy/paste the file location from the FTP settings into my browser bar it downloads fine and I copy/paste that into my .lg file. So the workaround is fine, but annoying. |

I got that error once with this recent exchange of patches. I had to wipe out the whole .lg folder and download a full file from the commish. I never had any trouble after that. Might be that one of the files got corrupted somehow. I assume that's what happened to mine.

I'm guessing this has everything to do with downloading the file over a wireless network.
On a wired computer, it was fine. Bah! |
