PT is nice

I’m surprisingly really into PT this yr! I decided to give it a try and now I’m hooked on building a dream team that competes with other gamers in the world! Great job devs!

Agree! The entry pool stage was fun to learn and fiddle with different cards, but now with league play started I can see why this is so much darn fun to play!

It's my first time playing and I am enjoying it. I like the challenge of constructing a team in a way I normally wouldn't meaning there is no draft or trades its all about managing your points and how you spend them.(at least for me). I bought a few additional packs just to have some players to move and auction collect points and use them to upgrade a little at a time. I will probably never get to the point of some of the teams I face playing this way but its still fun.

I watched the Twitch stream with snagglej and it seemed like a game for card collectors. I'm not really interested in the auction stuff, but playing with a team of legends and currents does appeal. Is there much OOTP-style play involved?

OOTP can be played a bunch of ways so I really don't know what you mean by OOTP style....

You can't play out the games themselves but you are responsible for everything else management related (lineups - starting lineup, depth charts, etc, pitching - rotation size, roles, etc, strategy - both individual and team, etc, etc). And you have to build your team too, of course - either through ripping packs, working the Auction House, or a combination.

You can also edit your park to suit the style of play you want (once the season ends/before the season begins). And you can see if there's anybody else here or on Discord, etc, that's playing in your league and engage in some good old-fashioned trash talk
