Print Walkthrough?

I have bought OOTP 17 and would really like to get into it. I was daunted by all the menus in OOTP 16 and would like to get the hang of how to play. Is there a written walkthrough/checklist/guide that is a one stop shop of how to get through the first season as a big league general manager.

If it matters, I intend to play the current MLB season, not a historical or fictional league.

Thanks in advance!

i think they just updated the on-line manual. If not, the OOTP 16 manual; is pretty close to being the same in most aspects. (just checked, and 17 has it's own manual......

hope it helps. Great game once you get into it. (Just a hint, do back-ups regularly, so if you do something to your league you really didn't want to do, you can go back to before something went wrong it. Also great in case of a HD snafu! i learned to do that the hard way. Now i back up after every session ....) Good luck and enjoy.

Thanks. The I did see the manual, but I was looking for something like are a GM's primer on how to run an organization. I've been searching Google, but so far I haven't found what I'm looking for.
