Dispersal Draft

Would it be possible to include a dispersal draft in OOTP16 to distribute players of folding teams fairly? I contracted MLB by two teams (Rays/Marlins) in one of my saves, and then watched in horror as the Yankees snagged both Giancarlo Stanton and Evan Longoria at the outset of their sudden free agency.

If it's at the start of an ML quickstart, you can just do a free agent draft. But I support this suggestion because there's no guarantee it's right off the bat.

But first you would have to delete Free-Agents before you get rid of those Teams.
