Pack opening issues

When I open packs in PT, the players appear over eachother and cannot see the results of the pack.

Can you guys try updating your video card drivers to make sure that's not the issue and let us know how that goes? Thanks!

This has just started happening to me too.

Also when i open up a players card all the ratings bars are blanked out.

I have updated my gfx card drivers and deleted and re-installed the game without any luck

This started happening to me too. I just had an SSD issue and had to reinstall the game. Two issues have started.

1) The rating bars are blank - FYI, I fixed this by going to "Perfect Team Settings" and chose "1 to 100" in the Player Rating Scale section.

2) The 3D pack opening animation is hosed. The pack stays on the screen and the cards are displayed behind the pack (you can see the edges)

Fyi this can happen when the user.dat file gets corrupted.

The best way to correct it is to delete (or rename) the old file while the game is closed and then a new file will be generated.

If you open the settings dialog on the entry screen, and go to the troubleshooting tab, there should be a link to "open folder containing app.cfg" which I believe should take you to the correct directory.

I just managed to fix the pack issue after trying a ton of different settings changes.

It turns out the 3d animation tab in the settings was left blank. I though this page in settings was for watching games being played.

I set it to normal and boom, problem gone.
