Reactivate Inactive Teams

New to the forum, longtime player of OOTP. Still prefer OOTP 19 to the new version but my wallet generally prefers not purchasing annual sequences either. If this isn't the proper place to ask about this, I'm sorry and will appreciate any help or redirection.

I messed up my game recently with the addition of an upgrade from 14 to 15 teams in each of my two leagues (a la AL and NL). It threw the games played number out of wack, messed up the schedule, and after two seasons of trying to make it work, I reset the system back to twelve teams in each league. I picked and chose which franchises (all expansions, I deleted no original franchises) would go.

In my never settled ways however I want to change the league structure again and expand the league. Is it possible to reactivate franchises I deleted in the overhaul from 15 to 12? I didn't think that I could just open the expansion tool and just type in the inactive team names and that would reactivate them, but if it is that simple, sometimes being told by someone else drives the point home for me.

Thank you for your help!
