PP in Challenge Mode

I saw Markus's post that there's a chance that you could get PP playing in Challenge Mode in the "regular" game. Just curious if we'll be informed of winning the points or will we go to Perfect Team and *BOOM* more points.

I'd like to know as well. I'm going to start playing challenge mode 24/7 now that I can get packs from it.

Based on the wording in the update it looks like you don't actually get PP from challenge mode achievements. Rather, you can randomly get packs from getting challenge mode achievements instead.

I play C-Mode and received a pack an hour ago.
I then had to log-out and back in to PT, and the pack was there.
So no points, but packs.

Sure.
These have been my last 2 achievements.
Don't know exactly which one triggered the pack.

Thanks for the feedback! PP or packs, it's nice that he's integrating both sides of the game!

Got my first challenge mode pack. Got it in August for A. Judge winning batter of the month.

A pop up appears in your game showing you won a pack for PT.

I did have to close out the whole game and reopen it to get the pack to show though, instead of just opening PT.

Oh also the day after A. Judge got the pack for me, he got injured for the season but I did get a gold Patrick Corbin Card out of the pack.

Side Note: It seems like it isn't based off a specific achievement. My guess is that maybe when you get an achievement, it just sends it to OOTP and it just decides if it is time or not?

I just won the World Series, had two Gold Glove winners, two Silver Sluggers, won the Manager of the Year, and had the MVP, and got exactly ZERO packs. I’m pretty sure it’s safe to say you won’t ALWAYS win a pack with certain achievements but instead you have a CHANCE to win one..

Yeah, there is a chance in play.
For gold achievements the chance is the greatest and for bronze the lowest.
Normally you get a standard pack but there is a chance to get a gold one if you are lucky.
After you got a pack there is a "cool off" phase, where you are not eligible to get another pack.

It would be kind of awesome if you could earn special packs with different kinds of cards based on what kind of challenge mode you were playing.

A few posts have mentioned having to log out and back in or close the game and launch again...I have had an issue all along bouncing between my solo leagues and PT. If I just leave my league and jump back into PT it sits hung on the simming screen.

I'm sure it isn't. I'm just curious about how long it might take and if it's worth playing just to get the pack. I don't have much interest in starting yet another franchise. I have enough of them going now. If no one knows the answer, then I guess I'll find out myself.
