Harrison Ruopp

This penguins rookie has a salary of 644k and a cap hit of 6.5 million. Bug? This is likely the biggest reason that the penguins are showing 9m over the cap in the most recent version, though they aren't in actuality over the cap.

Seeing the same type of problem with Marco Scandella of the Minnesota Wild. He has a cap hit over 9 mil. This is causing the Wild to be over the cap to start the season. Is there a way to change the cap-hit?
