Entering Play-by-Play mode

In the OOTP 17 online manual, the "Options for Playing out Games" web contains the information quoted below. But in the OOTP 17 app I don't see any "Manage link" to enter Play-by-Play mode. What do I have to do on that page to enter Play-by-Play mode for the team I manage?

"Entering Play-by-Play Mode from the Scores & Schedule Page
On the Scores & Schedule screen, there are between one and three options available to you, depending on whether or not you manage a team, and whether or not you are the commissioner: Manage, Quick-Play, or Watch Game.

If your team has a game scheduled for the selected day, click the Manage link to enter Play-by-Play mode."

You have to be either the manager of the team or the commissioner to take the controls and "Manage" a game. Otherwise, you are just a spectator, observing the game from the outside and instantaneously ("Quick-Play") or from the bleacher seats, so to speak ("Watch Game").

Here, since I only manage Boston and I am not the commissioner, I have the option to Manage or Quick-Play only my own team's game. Were I the commissioner, I would have those options for the rest of the games as well. Since I am not the commissioner, I can only watch those games.

I see it now in the MLB > Scores section. Previously, I'd been looking in the MLB > Schedule section.
