Folks use various graphics programs for various reasons. But, my personal choice is photoshop elements 5. That's what I use although elements is up to version 12 by now. Has just about everything anyone would need to make circular logos.

It all depends on your wallet. Photoshop costs $670 at NewEgg. Much more for deluxe packages. Paint Shop Pro X4 is $60. GIMP, Irfanview and Paint.Net are all free. I use PSP but most people use one of the programs listed. Some use Inkscape which creates vector images and it's also free. Another thing to consider is that PSD and PSP templates have been posted in this forum or on ootpmods.com
Adobe http://www.corel.com/corel/pages/ind...?pgid=12900002 GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program IrfanView - Official Homepage - one of the most popular viewers worldwide Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing Inkscape. Draw Freely. |

Photoshop and Illustrator are by far the most powerful graphic design programs out. With that being said I have seen people use the others and make some wonderful graphics. You can get any program free you just have to know how
