Lineup Setting
Do users like Traditional lineup setting or saber?

i have no clue anymore... likely default for a modern league as of ootp17, at least.
i wouldn't make a decisions based onteh words used for the settings.. i.e. any preconceptions of what either means in RL. simply look at what it does to various lineups, deduce its difference, then use the one you prefer. i can't tell you which one, but one of the choices (at one time) will really value a power hitter batting second. when i look at distribution of rbi *opportunities, i am of the opinion that that type of player should be 3-4-5+. so, that would be a reason for me to choose one over the other. i use legacy mode though, so it's not impotant to my team, per se. so, i'd be more worried about how it affects the AI-controlled teams. maybe you need to consider both, or not. |

Yes.
I play multiple styles so some of my leagues are traditional and some are not. I change things often.
