Coach Personalities

Is it possible to give all coaches within the game personalities, and tendencies...instead of having the lame "has no interest in being a manager". All staff should have personalities and should be able to be considered for any job at any time. It doesn't mean they would always accept, but they way it's done now just feels a bit off. I don't know one minor league hitting coach that wouldn't jump at being a manager in a higher league if given he chance.

Part of the problem is the occupations have been "divided" These people can only be managers, these can only be hitting coaches, these can only be pitching etc...

Retired pitchers should become pitching coaches...retired position players should be hitting coaches...and fielding coaches (yes, maybe this should be introduced) also catchers and catching coaches.

All of them should be able to be managers at any point myself, or an AI GM decides to hire them. I would get rid of the "manager" designation on staff, and you could hire anyone you see fit. Each staff member has a "resume" and managerial experience would be on there as part of coaching history.

perhaps language should be a factor as well?
