When team is submitted before the simulations starts, this bug never happen. SUBMIT OFTEN!

Everyone having this problem is submitting very often without the expected results. This is OOTP's issue, not the fault of the user.

I didn't have a problem until I went over the reserve roster limit of 175.

Sorry for this! There is a possible workaround, if you do not set up individual player strategies then things should stick. Can you try this please?

I didn’t set up individual strategies, so this is not an option for me.
Right now I’m not even able to start perfect team because I’m getting the error message “ could not sync your cards. Please retry”

This message indicates a problem with your internet connection. Please try to reboot your system and start OOTP again.

Regarding the deactivated players, we plan to release a hotfix patch for this today.

I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game but I still get the error message.

Can you close out of the game, then go to your saved_games folder (Should be in C:\Users\Yourusername\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 20\saved_games on a typical Windows install) and delete any folders there ending in .pt

Then restart.

Can you get in the game now?

It didn't work. I canceled all folders and restarted the game but the error message is still there.

The strange thing is that on the menu side of normal OOTP, under the tab "continue game" there is the Perfect team league save.

I didn't set up a normal OOTP games so far, therefore there should not be a game to continue.

OK, let's try to work this through. First, it is impacting only a very small number of users, which is good, but obviously bad for those that indeed have this problem.

Questions, what version are you using, Steam or eSellerate? I may have to contact once of you via PM and get your login data so I can reproduce this.

Anyone who gets this problem, what does the status line say in the Profile & Settings tab of the PT home screen? It's on the right, where it says the time of the last export / import, does it give an error code?

Yes, error 121.

And the last imported submit was April 2, 2019 (game time obviously) just before the first leagua game
