Abbreviations Question

Sorry if this has been asked but on the roster screen I know the (C) and (A) after the players name is for Capt. and Asst. Capt and the (TL) is Trade List..but what is the (P) for?
And also, is this game going to be able to be edited like EHM was as in the teams budget, money, etc?
Thanks!!

P is Prospects, for leagues like the KHL that require a certain number of players X age and younger in the lineup. You can see the exact requirements of the rule by switching to that league if you're not already in it, then opening League Menu >> Advanced >> League rules; the prospect rule is in the bottom-left box at the bottom.

Thanks..I'm playing an NHL season and it seems logical as all the (P) are in the AHL..do you know why some players are greyed out on the roster or trade block screens? Like, for example, I just got Brandon Prust in a trade. He is on my roster but grayed out. I have him dressed but it still only shows 19/20 players dressed as if its not counting him. I also noticed numerous players grayed out on the Trading Block screen although it doesn't seem as if it affects my ability to trade for them.
