Photos folder different in OOTB13 vs 11

I am still trying to figure out why new draftees that are real major league players are not showing their photos. (see thread: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...t-showing.html)

I see that the "photos" folder in OOTP 13 has sub folders for coaches/players/managers, etc (OOTP 11 does not, just the player photos). Could this be the cause of my problem? Do i need to change something here? I upgraded from OOTP11, to 12, to 13 and all older major leaguers have their pictures, since the upgrade, all of the newer major leaguers are face gen.

I searched throughout these threads and cant seem to find a solution & I dont want to start experimenting and mess up my whole league. Any help?

All real photos go in the game's main photos folder.
Easiest way to update real photos in a saved game is to go into your saved game's news\html\images\person_pictures folder and delete everything that doesn't have default in the name. (Hopefully you transferred your real photos to ootp13's photos folder. If not, do that first.)
Then go to Preferences and set the Facegen last option to "search for photo first". Exit and restart the your game and all players you have real photos for will be recreated.
Those subfolders you mentioned are only in your saved games folders. The game's main photos folder structure hasn't changed.

That seems to have done the trick! Thanks a million. I copied all the players photos from their sub folder out into the "Photos" folder, then deleted the pictures as you instructed. Now I can play on.
