A UI addition?
Hey guys,
Was wondering if anyone else felt as if it would be good to see some form of momentum meter during the games? I do believe it would be an interesting feature to help gauge when the rink is about to tilt - or if it already has been and you need to make a drastic change. I started to think about this due to playing last night with the Canucks. I am 2 seasons in and I have basically forced Demko to be my starter to try and get him more NHL time and more NHL ready for the third season. However I was down 3 in the 2nd against the kings at home, when I started to notice a shift in possession and shot attempts, so I slightly tweaked my first 2 lines and then all of a sudden it was 6-3 Canucks by the end with the kings having only 5 additional shot attempts. I used play a lot of Football Manager/Champ Manager when I liked soccer before it became a soap opera. And I am adamant that I saw a momentum indicator in some of the games that was a helpful tool to use. It allowed you to change the teams dynamic and to tell them to push forward to keep the momentum, or to get deep when it was against them. |

They had one in FHM 4. Not sure why they took it out.
