I am looking for an update of boxer ratings and new boxers. Anyone have a download for these? Modern boxers and updates.

You should be able to find what you want in the Mods Section.

I haven't had the ability to update the database for some time. I'm not certain when I will acquire the capability to do so again.

Have they updated the weight class changing and aging bugs yet? I quit playing this while waiting for that update.

Unfortunately, "They" is Paul Norman and he's stuck working on OOTP right now.

Yes. I have another much older PC that has a version on it that allows me to upload files, but it is terribly slow.
