Runner advance on throw option

I would like to see an option for the AI or human manager to attempt to advance other runners on a throw to the plate or to third.

For example a runner on second is offered the option to attempt to score on a single. If the throw goes to the plate, the runner on first should have the option to attempt to advance to second on the throw home.

The defensive team should then have the additional option for the cut off man to divert the throw to second (in this case).

This would add another layer of strategy decisions for the managers of both teams. Attempt to throw home and risk the runner advancing? Or let the run score and hold the runner to one base?

For all base running decisions, including existing ones, I would like to see an optional timer, where the manager must make a decision within X seconds. No time to check the stats, or mull it over. Make a decision! If you don't decide in time, AI makes the decision for you, or it defaults to playing it safe. (Configurable).
