Roster Notes / Suggestions
Hope the admins don't mind that I'm starting a thread to post any roster notes and suggestions.
I only have one note to begin - Chone Figgins listed as primary position CF. Figgins hasn't played CF since 2006. He's a 2B/3B right now. |

Alex Gordon in KC is only listed as a LF.
He's played 1B this year and came up as a 3B. |

While playing against the Marlins, Omar Infante was in CF, Coghlan was at 2B. I realize the idea, but both players had a defensive rating of 3/8
EDIT: Also, David Wright a 4/8 at 3B? I know scouting is on but he has been in the league awhile, I think everyone knows what he's capable of

Darwin Barney
Darwin Barney of the Cubs is listed at SS . He has played 2b all year long.
RPage Coach: "You have missed that outside pitch all day today." Me: "Thanks Coach" Coach: "Why would you think that is ok?" Me: "It means I have been consistent." |

He should be listed for both positions. He has played ss nearly his entire minor league career and has played a great 2nd base this year.

Michael Saunders is now the defacto cf for Mariners. He played left most of the time, but did some cf before, but with gold glover Gutierrez on dl, he's been doing a great job. He's big and fast, very athletic. But blank rating for cf is bothersome. How bad is 'blank' rating?

Ike Davis is rated 21 with a potential of 21. Considering he hit 19 homers as a rookie and had a .947 OPS this season, that seems a bit low. Couple other potential ratings seemed a bit on the low side, like Jenrry Mejia.

Omar Infante, Gordan and Figgins the only thing I can come up with on those is the AI I have noticed loves to move players to different positions even if that player only has 1 game listed at that position....the AI moved my SS who has played all of 11 games at 2B and 3 games in 5 yrs at 3B to a 3B to start my 2009 season. (fictional)
but while it may be annoying just go into the game go to action and change them top their correct position or the position u want them listed as... I have Ichiro as a rookie in my league but i want him to learn to play Cf so for games i might sim especially during ST so i moved him to CF despite the fact for my league he has never played a game in CF and has no rating there. |

This is so true with Figgins. The AI wants to constantly put him in cf *chuckle*. I just move him back to 3rd base (or if I feel like irritating him, 2nd base
