For years I tried to pay back Jesus for his sacrifice on the cross and earn my salvation for my sins with good works... then I read this verse and came to understand that Jesus did it all on the cross at Calvary... I can do nothing to be saved except believe and trust in Jesus... these verses helped me understand that you are saved by Jesus to DO good works... you are not saved BY good works... you are saved by Jesus, period.

The IPA has been around a long time now... not likely it will make it to one million views... at the current rate of views, I would have to live to be 92.

I intend to play it for 100 seasons and then retire it... that will probably take another five years or so... I intend to greatly speed up the process and not cover it in as much detail as I do now... one season just takes too long to cover.

I don't enjoy doing the season recaps, but I really do enjoy playing the Pro Cup playoffs... that is my favorite part of the IPA coverage.

That is so right, Eugene. None of us can do anything whatsoever to earn our salvation and our ticket, so to speak, to Heaven, at least by our own efforts. He did all the work needed to get us there, but we have to accept His willing sacrifice on the Cross to get there, and follow Him as best as we possibly can in this life.

We are free to choose whether or not to accept His sacrifice, of course, but if we reject Him and don't choose to follow Him, He'll respect our choices about that sort of thing, and not try to force us to follow Him and all. He won't be happy about that, I'm sure, but He didn't make any of us robots of a sort, so to speak, you know. Forced actions and forced worship and forced love certainly are not true actions, worship, and love, right?

Some new uniforms for the Brooklyn Tale-Spinners of the United States Baseball League in several of my dynasties. They may still need some work, of course. But hopefully, these will suffice for at least a little while, if not longer. Of course, I'll no doubt have to continue working on trying to make their looks better, but hopefully these uniforms will work at least for a little while, until I can come up with something better, or someone else can. Dolasheb is very well done... the font on Rage and Dolasheb is really good... you combined your colors well.
I even like the stripes on the Rage.

Team Name Dolasheb gets lost in the Black background... I prefer the team name to have better contrast with the jersey color so it will show up well in the game.

But I didn't care much for the other three... didn't care for the colors you chose... I think your jerseys and caps look better when you use no more than 3 colors.
You should just use 2 colors occasionally for the sake of variety... use White as a trim when you use 2 colors... you will get better contrast that way.

You are much improved over your early graphics.

I'm not sure how I can get a look like the Bucs look that Lawn Loaf did in his Minnesota Baseball Association thread, because I don't think Justafan's Jersey Creator has that type of pattern available by default for it, to be honest. And as for the textures I'm using, I'm using only the default ones, unless, of course I'm using an extra layer somewhere. The differences you're probably seeing are mainly from the percentages of shading, shadowing, and/or texturing, at least, that I'm using for each uniform and/or cap, most likely. At least, that's what I think, anyway.

I wouldn't mind seeing a sublimated checkerboard pattern that I could perhaps color and/or apply as an extra layer when it comes to teams named the Racers or Checkers, for instance, but I haven't yet found one, or been able to make one, it seems. Nor have I yet been able to figure out how to properly center and angle text diagonally on uniforms with the programs and/or applications I currently have available either. I would really like to see the Poltragow Poets have properly-centered and properly-angled text down the sash-like element I have on their home uniforms, with or without some lighter trim between the blue and the red on the sash, for instance.

Sorry, I meant the previous four that you posted right before the Dolasheb Rage.

I don't comment on jerseys that would take me a long time to improve.
In my opinion you use poor choices of colors and too many of the them.
Often the colors you like do not look good together.

Just my opinion... not boasting, but I know good graphics when I see them.

But as always, it is your league and you can pick the colors and styles you like.

Why don't you create jerseys using traditional colors and traditional styles?

Good question, Eugene. Maybe it's at least partly because I often prefer colorful items, I think. In certain cases, what is often considered traditional may seem too boring or staid or something to me. Of course, I don't always agree with newfangled things and ways of thinking. I don't agree with a lot of things that people are putting out there nowadays, and at least occasionally wish things were more like they used to be at least decades, if not centuries, ago, in certain cases. But this world is not the world that we both knew even ten years ago, as you know, in many ways.

Our Master even mentioned this sort of thing when He was still walking this Earth about two millennia ago, remember? As did many before and after His time here, come to think of it, without a doubt.

There are times when following tradition is the correct thing to do, in many cases, or the best thing to do. And there are times when traditional ways of thinking and/or doing things must be set aside for other things and other practices. As for me, I'm just trying to use what possible artistic talents I may have as best as I can, while trying to do our Master's will as best as I possibly can in my life. I may not be as skilled or as experienced, et cetera, in these kinds of things as people like Rembrandt and Vermeer were and people like txranger and the_mad_monk are, but at least I'm trying to do the best I can, nevertheless, so that I may bring glory to our Father with the work that I do, as best as I can.

Thank you for your input and all. I'll certainly keep trying to improve the various uniforms and caps I've already created and all, for sure, if and whenever I can. I may not have access to most, if not all, of my designs that I created using certain templates while Kaneva was still up and running, but I was still able to get at least some artistic experience while I was still an especially active member there. Even if my items might not have been as high-quality as others' items may have often been, for example, at least they were quite original and all, for sure.
