Windows crach, unlicense

Hello. Sorry if this is the wrong place but I was hoping to get some help and wasn't sure where else to post. I tried to create a ticket but that link isn't working.


My desktop computer crashed and I had to completely reinstall Windows. In doing so, OOTP19 disappeared from my computer so I can't unlicense. I'm using my second license on a laptop so I'd really like to free up that desktop license.


Is there any way to unlicense without having the game installed? I reinstalled but it's asking for a key before I can play.

Hi Murcer! Did you ever get an answer to your question? The same thing just happened to me and I’m wondering how I can redownload OOTP20? Do I need a new license/serial number?
