Question about Online Leagues

If a league sims, for example, 4 days a week, does that mean you need to upload and download, etc. four times each week? How difficult is uploading and downloading? I'm a pretty avid OOTP player, but never did an online league and just wondering about simming frequency and what that means in terms of time commitment.

I play fantasy baseball and football, but that's only submitting rosters once each week, with some additional analysis during the week. Trying to gauge how an online league compares to a fantasy league.

Thanks, Brian

Basicly, you click a button to download, make your changes, then click a button to upload. Not very hard. IMO exporting is not the most import part of online leagues. Anyone can click a button. What you need to do to be a good owner is be on the chat/forums regularly.

This thread sounds appropriate for my question.
With an online league of human and AI managers, is it possible for the human managers to propose a trade to an AI managed team and get a response without the commissioner having to manually enter the potential trade and report back the response from the AI manger to the human manager?
Wow that was a long sentence.

My dad and I play a league together so we are the only human managers. My dad has to ask me to propose trades to the AI teams. I then I have to let him know how that AI team responded to the trade and if they countered.

Any info - even if it means it's not possible, is helpful.

He should be able to, does he have commissioner powers or access to the commissioner mode?
Did you set up an unemployed GM as the commissioner or is your GM the commissioner?
