Minor Leagues

Finished my first full year and not one minor league player gained a single point in skills. Explain the minors for me.

I'd like to know too. I'm not seeing any development of my minor leaguers over the years. The only way I can get them to improve is by bringing them up.

They should improve in the minors. Still, playing time in the Majors will always gain more experience and increasing in ratings if they are ready.

Please let me know if you see no improvement at all, then I will take a closer look.

Absolutely none. Look at my other thread for what I did with a test game (to watch the minors, mostly). Somebody, I want to say Pedro Strop has a potential rating of like 62/80. A few years in I noticed he was 20/20, so I looked at his game stats... He was never called up! Ever! Not a single stat in a major league game but he went from an okay prospect to a bum.

No other player has ever developed in the minors either but they had some small appearances and such so not the same 'control' as in the experiment with Strop.
