Suspect contracts

Starting a thread to report all the contracts that seem inconsistent with real-life.

NYA: Jeter 10yr * $18.2M - he's going to make $18M a year until he's 46? Heh!
NYA: A.Rodriguez 7yr * $26.8M - he's signed until 42 at that rate (maybe true, I don't know)?

There are some strange contracts indeed, but this has been fixed already in the update that will be submitted to Apple today. This does not apply to already created leagues, though.

Cot's Baseball Contracts

Alex Rodriguez is, indeed, signed to a contract through age 42, although it's not an equal amount per year. It peaks at $31m this year, and slowly drop so that he's "only" getting paid $20m in 2017.

That Jeter contract is incorrect, though.

Yes, some contracts are not right in length. But as said, these will be fixed in the update.

By the way, in iOOTP we only use the average value of the contract for each year, so the contracts are not 100% lifelike.

I just checked the version I submit to Apple as update and Jeter has now a 4-years contract at $14.000.000.
