Chemistry Happiness
My entire roster is "Unhappy about slackers/selfish players".
Is this a bug? We are one of the top teams in the league. How would I go about fixing this? |

Difficult to say without seeing the exact situation. One thing that could cause it is having several players who are isolated because no one/few people speak their language; those guys are temporarily marked as Unmotivated until the situation is resolved (either by them learning a language or you getting more players they can talk to) and enough of them will trigger complaints from other players.

Any way to teach them a language or edit their known languages?

They'll learn the local language as long as they stay with the team. The languages aren't editable right now.
