Your OOTP 19 Plans - Page 5

I play either strictly historical (mostly Deadball), or all-time leagues. Late last year I created a league based upon APBA's BATS2 rosters so I'll be importing that from 18 to 19.

Since there won't be any classic parks of the past at release I'll finish the Deadball projects I have going on in Action PC Baseball and Diamond Mind. I did start a 1967 replay and I'll be importing that.

I'm REALLY excited to try out the new tournament mode!It seems to me that there is a LOT you can do with it.

I've bought every edition of OOTP since the very first in 1999. But I only just joined the forums this season after lurking forever. What a GREAT community!

Lastly, with regards to the person going to watch baseball movies while learning the OOTP19 ropes, in addition to the movies mentioned, I would add two more: Pastime and The Bingo Long Traveling All-Stars & Motor Kings.

I enjoy trying to take teams to their first championship so I will be building the Seattle Mariners to their first World Series.

Yes there are mods for classic parks that should be available through Add-Ons Central inside your game. I linked you to the various threads in the Mods forum where they are discussed and demonstrated in another thread, but I'm not going to bother again. You can find them for yourself in the OOTP18 Baseball Mods section in the 3-D Models subsection.

Going to keep playing OOTP18 with two worlds(2 MLB 2 Triple A Leagues)

With OOTP19 going with the same leagues but putting the 2 MLBs in one world and the 2 Triple A Leagues in another world. This way I can play inter league games. The Leagues have 240 plus teams and don't want to play them as one League because their might be problems.

Basically what I always do. A mixed era historical league in a 16 game church softball style where I play every game out.

that's the best feature of the game (IMHO), being able to carry over a dynasty.
