I'd like to propose to whoever would lead this hoped-for league that while it might have an initial draft, that it does not have annual drafts. Let the players go to their actual teams. That way, there is no reason to "tank," which is what I do not like about OOTP leagues. I'd like to compete in a league in which everyone was trying to do their absolute best with whatever they had to work with. I also think GMs should be able to be fired, to further promote full effort.

Anyway, all we need is somebody who knows how to make this happen.
