Mike Trout hit two home runs and Michael Brantley hit one, while stretching his hit streak to 21 games.

Paul Blackburn got a spot start and he started strong but the game deteriorated and the Jays fell 6-5 to the Mariners.

Mike Trout hit his 45th home run.

The day after he broke his consecutive hit streak, Michael Brantley got two hits, including a home run, to lead the Jays past the Mariners by a score of 9-5.

Unfortunately he also left the game after a collision on the basepaths and we await word as to his condition.

Yasmany Tomas also homered for Toronto.

Chad Kuhl left the game with a hamstring stain after only one inning and the Jays' bullpen was severely taxed the rest of the way, eventually falling 7-4 to the Red Sox.

Yasmany Tomas and Mike Trout homered for Toronto. Trout has hit in 15 straight games.

Kuhl does not need an IL stint but his next start may be pushed back.
