As for getting these re-done, I'll be happy to try my hand at a few, but since I've never done them before (and I'm a bit of a perfectionist), it might take me awhile. And I'd feel better if someone more experienced at doing Facegen requests would be available to back me up.

It a noble goal. I would help if I could, but I already have far, far too much OOTP work going on. Sorry Hopefully someone else can give you a hand.

I will try to help you with these but as I said I suck at B&W photos for FG. I tend to just set all the #'s to 0 an leave it at that. I can see by looking at Google images that the eddie Yost was done froma B& W. I would use wither 2nd row 4th from left or 3rd row 3rd from left

We need to check Krantz' thread to see who he has colorized and us those. Or enlist Krantz to help. You start from the top I will start from the bottom. Do 3-5 and post them in here. i will do the same. I can not guarantee mine will be any better then what we currently have but they should be smaller around 6 KB vs 300. Try to avoid smiling pics if you can.

Alright well I'm going to go through the players that currently exist in my league (like Yost and a handful of others) just to practice, since like I said, I've never done this before. Not too many of these guys are big names, and they've gone over two years without being fixed, so I guess it won't be a big deal if they go a little bit longer.

I haven't done any modding so I'm not familiar with Krantz. I did some searching and found a thread with some updated historical Facegens that Gambo did, but the ones in that thread didn't include any of these guys. I also found http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...-facegens.html but these are mostly grouped by historical team.

Good luck with this. Old players are terribly hard to do, IMO. Whoever did some of the original ones did a really good job though. Many actually look like the guy. The ones I've made from scratch look a little like the guy, but not perfectly usually. I think with older players you have to sculpt their faces a bit with the tools the software has to make them look real. You have to play around with it and different photos, and fail some.

Thanks. Yeah when I look at these faces in Facegen, many of them actually look pretty close to their photo. But without the detail texture setup properly, OOTP doesn't reliably set their skin tone - it seems to just use the skin tone of the last face it generated. And since I don't want these guys to randomly change races on me, I'm going to take a stab at fixing them.

Game, I don't know when I'll have time to start on these either. Like I said, I don't think there's a whole lot of demand for this - it's just something I stumbled upon.

I'll post back on any progress I make.
