Importing Teams as Non-Commissioner

Did you know its possible? Because it is... I've created a league with two managers, one is in commissioner mode the other is not... I logged in as the non-commissioner and went to File > Setup/Options > Online League and pressed Import from server and it was successful. I don't think setup/options, let alone online league settings, should be available to anyone who is not a commissioner.

Also, as a side note, could you put in some sort of notice as to what the error is and what team the error is for? Right now when a team file is not the correct date it just gives a 102 error with no notification of the team (I know which it is because I only have two teams setup with a GM). I'm assuming the 102 error is the same error in OOTP for the file not being on the correct day so it was not imported.

Yeah, that should be disabled for non-commissioners. I'll see if we can add a little more detail to the error messages, too.
