1905 there are 19 total outfielders in the draft when you use neutralized stats. Ty Cobb is rated at 1B and 2B. Sam Crawford is only rated at 1B. Neither have any fielding stats for outfield play.

To wit: The first screen capture is Ty Cobb imported using Neutered Stats, and the second is Ty Cobb imported using Real Stats. As David Watts said, with Neutered Stats he is a 1B/2B, while he's his usual CF self with Real Stats.

This is what I’m getting for Cobb on my MacBook Pro.

Here are the Cobb fielding stats in the neutered database. It would appear from this that the FieldingOF2.csv is not being processed by the game correctly.
