Chemistry not updating
I've been watching the player chemistry files closely and they never seem to update -- at least not nearly quickly enough. Half a season with a team is realistic for a players past allegiances to fade and for him to make new friends/linemates.
Case in point: I bet the farm on buying Erik Karlsson when he went to UFA, bringing him to the Canadiens after one year in San Jose. Yet, three years later, he still has zero chemistry with any of his Habs teammates and is pals with only Sharks. Also, under Team Chemistry, Karlsson and the coach (Quenneville) had a "bad relationship" that never got better, yet Quenneville would always be praising Karlsson's leadership during the season. |

That's a little unusual that none of his Montreal teammates have made it to a chemistry slot when the SJ ones are only rated good, assuming there hasn't been a huge amount of turnover of teammates and linemates. I'll do some testing.
Chemistry definitely is updating, though - Karlsson doesn't start the game with chemistry with any of those guys. |
