International Free Agents Enter Market

I am playing my historical league started in 1871 with version 11, that is in 1888. I get an email stating that three guys have entered the free agent market. one from Canada, one from Cuba and one from Puerto Rico.

Cool feature, but these guys are fictional players. For the moment I have let them play.

You can turn this off in league setup. You can have the game generated up to 20 IFA a year if you choose.

Can you tell me where you found this setting? I'm having the same issue in my imported historical league; the only thing I see is the foreign percentage, which is set to zero.

About 7 items down is "Generate International Free-Agents" as a drop down, so you can turn it off entirely, or have a max of 30 generated.
