Did you use both your licenses previously?

You can redownload the game and contact elicense support@elicense.com and they can reset your license.

If you still have your order id number, you can download and install with that. If you lost it, I think you can email the license company and they can look it up for you.

Indeed - here's a link to the eLicense FAQ. You'll be fine, although it may take a short while for you to get back up and running.

I had it happen to me, and with a quick phone call to them I was up and running the same day.

If you email them today, you'll have your game back by Monday most likely.

Thanks and New problem--Vista related ?

Thanks Much to all of you---E-mailed and recieved replacement game.
Now,I downloaded demo, and then prompted to buy,I entered purchase number, and it worked (I think)
When I tried to add an Historical player to the supplied 2008 game (something I've done many times) When I go to choose between databases, there are none shown.
Also, when I tried to download the Mods (again something I've done many times-Logos,photos,stadiums Etc.) I get the readme, but not the actual items.
I was using XP new computer came with Vista could this be related to Vista or new game or my computer stupidity (always possible)
Thanks
Gil

I believe the difference between the two is in Vista your info for saved games etc. is in your Documents folder, whereas in XP your game files are found in Program files.

Navigate "In Game" to your Documents folder and find Out of the park developments folder for all your info.

Hope i am fairly close here as i forget exactly how XP set the game up.

If I'm understanding you right, no, this is not the case. saved game data should be in My Documents.
