Is the promotion / demotion standings page only for the regular season, or does it involve the playoffs as well?

Im currently #4 in the promotion part... does the GB column have any effect on the promotions?

Does it just go by wins? The top two teams have 108 and 87 wins. Then there is 4 teams with 84 wins, and 3 teams with 82 wins.

Just looking for info... and to see what my chances are of being promoted this season.

There are 4 teams that will be promoted, always: the 4 conference finalists. No if, and, or buts. Regular season record doesn't matter on promotion. All it does is provide you with the opportunity to promote by making playoff.

I really don´t see any use for that table except to see who is being relegated.

It was useful in the early stages when more than 4 teams (up to 16 in the beginning) were getting promoted.

I just use it as a stat screen for all 30 teams.

Well I finished #2 in those standings, won my division, and am 1 game away from winning the series... so I guess I'll be gold come Monday morning.
