Narrowing down Facegen problem: No new Facegens will show up...

...during the game.

I can create pictures, and they'll show up when looking at my roster using the "Rosters & Transactions" screen or any other out-of-game screen.

As soon as I start a game, it won't pull any Facegen created with OOTP18 from at least the last six months.

I buy the new version every year and update it; Facegens created using OOTPs 13-17 are working perfectly. Facegens created using OOTP18 are non-functional.

I am running the most recent build of the game, which I downloaded here, not from Steam. Please help.

*P.S.: Just checked the Players & Facegen tab, all functions under PLAYER FACEGEN SETTINGS and MAJOR LEAGUE-SPECIFIC FACEGEN FUNCTIONS are grayed out.

Try going to File > OOTP Start Screen > Settings > 3D & FaceGen > FaceGen

Make sure FaceGen is set to "Enabled (more options on Game Setup page)", and not "Disabled". That's all I can think of for now. If it's set to "Disabled", the options that you're talking about would probably be greyed out, which is what you're seeing, so... *Fingers Crossed*

A good thought for sure, but it's enabled already.

Update: Sometimes loading the game makes FaceGen behave *SOMEWHAT* more properly. Tonight, instead of all my OOTP18 FaceGens being gone when games were being played, only a couple were. The rest were there. But some of the pictures were of my guys in their AAA minor league uniform rather than the ML uniform.

I'm really hoping that buying OOTP19 fixes this. But I would love an answer anyway.
