MLB Replay 1871-?

I could have continued my 19th century league from ootp16 but i chose to restart with ootp17. It was good that i did as i ran into a few issues but i think
everything is working now. So here is some of the stats for 1871

Ran into a problem. The game crashed when i deleted the other league before the season started. I thought about backing up and deleting after the regular season is over. Problem is the almanac would then show the expansion teams and not the defunct teams for 1871.
So i could either delete the unused league after the season and have the expansion teams in the standings when creating the almanac or use a fake team method.
Or i can wait till 1901 to generate the almanac. If i wait will the the almanac miss anything from past seasons?
Im going to have to restart but just thought i would get a 2nd opinion on this.

Seems we have to keep the players away from sharp objects.

Just looked at the olympics schedule and they only have 3 games left. Has anyone ever had a player have a hit in every single season game? Although it is a much much shorter season. still kinda neat.

I haven't seen a hit in every game, that is pretty cool. Let us know if he makes it!

Don't you have a quick start available? I would love to replay 1871 but trying to put things together is driving me nuts.

I save every year so i could probably make a quick start. Problem is that i use an edited database. I didnt change any stats. I just made it so the 19th century teams would show up with their actual rookies. Its not hard to do.
I can share what i have. I dont mind sharing cause the more that use it the better ideas may come. I just dont know the best way to do it. I tried emailing it to someone before but the file was to big.

Maybe upload the database and quick start somewhere.

Id be glad to of I knew where to do it. But to be honest it's really very easy for someone to do themself. All you really need to do is change the League abbreviations to AL and NL in ootp16 csv start files. Specifically batting, pitching, fielding. You may have to get the original teams csv file from the lahman database. Theres not much to it.The only unique thing I'm using is a spreadsheet for transactions.
You still have to do certain things in the game like for an example if you don't control roster moves thenexpansion teams will sign players you may not want sign.
But I don't mind sharing anything I can. Just let me know how or where.

I'll bite. How did the Phoenix Federals wind up on your team list for an 1871 replay? Is that a dummy team you put in the other subleague?
