FA signing problem

I told this bug about 3 months ago, but you haven't still fixed it, why? So Justin Williams asked like 3.2 millions and 2 years contract, i offered 1 year and 3.9 millions and he said that he wants to sing, but there is no "Submit Offer" button.

Does he want a no movement clause, as was the problem last time? We weren't able to replicate the issue you reported then, so we're not sure what caused it.

Hard to say because he is mad now and doesn't want to negotiate anymore but i think he didn't say anything about that because i first pressed "Meet Demand" and i think it will tack that box if he wants it.
