Historical - Rookies to FA?

There seems to be a problem in Historical mode, where rookies end up as Free Agent the year they were drafted if their Ability is low.

Just started 1979-80 season and Dale Hunter, Glenn Anderson and others arent with their teams (Nordiques/Oilers in that case) but in the Free Agents list. Tried other starting years and same thing.

It's supposed to be setting them to RFA status (i.e. no contracts, rights owned) if they hadn't started playing in the NHL (or WHA, if applicable) yet, so the team doesn't get stuck with a bunch of contracts it didn't actually have at that point. But it looks like something is going wrong and the rights aren't being set properly. We'll get it fixed.
