Franchise move

How do I move my franchise? I realise I can edit this in but is there a way of doing it as part of an ongoing game (and therefore pay the cost of it etc)? e.g. move LA Dodgers to Vancouver

Just edit team name and perhaps give them a financial boost manually. i hope you dont plan on moving the Dodgers to Vancouver really? Move the Cubs to Mars.
