Federal Sim League (FSL) - Converted OOTP 19 League
League Website: https://statsplus.net/fsl/home/
StatsPlus Website: https://statsplus.net/fsl/ NOTE: This league was started on OOTP 19 and we are in 2026, 8 full seasons now. We are now on OOTP 20 and the original link to our league posting is: http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...d.php?t=287046 Good afternoon everyone, I am currently the commish of the Federal Baseball League (FBL - https://statsplus.net/fsl/home/) and we are a modern-day league that began with a fantasy draft on OOTP 19 (now on OOTP 20). Some features of the league are: Reduced minor league teams to AAA, AA, A, A- and Rookie League for simplicity to manage. Complete control of your franchise from day 1 where we all start on a level playing field. League financials that will mirror real-life markets. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday sim schedule for maximum team management. Scouts will be on, coaches off with a 20-80 rating scale. Scouting accuracy will be very high. A cash prize will be awarded to the World Series winner and the top, non-playoff participant based on a point system that awards activity, sportsmanship, and export activity. We are free to join. The use of Stats Plus and communication with Slack (everything will be completed in Slack). And much more! The rule book can be found at: https://statsplus.net/fsl/home/?page_id=2 If you are interested in a team, please feel free to PM me your team choice and email address or send me an email at bwyant32@gmail.com . ********NEW FOR 2025********* b. GM of the Year Prize The GM of the Year is awarded to the one, non-playoff GM that expresses a number of traits throughout the year. This will be awarded through a point system with the following breakdown: • Every export = 1 point • Every Article = 3.5 points (cap of 5 per season) • Team Preview = 4 points (limit 1 per year before the end of spring training • Amateur Draft Recap = 4 points (limit 1 per year before the end of June) • All Star Ballot = 3 points • Season Award Ballot = 4 points (starting 2019-20 season) OTHER FEATURES
CURRENT OPENINGS: - 2026 Season ---------------------------------------- San Diego Padres (49-46) Minor League System Rank: 29th Financial Status: Budget - $190 Million Payroll - $165 million Overall Health - Budget spenders Team Link - https://statsplus.net/fsl/team/53?page=roster San Diego is a win-now team that could sell a few assets for top end prospects. They have been without an active owner for half a season and could benefit from someone that knows what they are doing. ----------------------------------- Chicago White Sox (42-50) Minor League System Rank: 27th Financial Status: Budget - $170 Million Payroll - $88 million Overall Health - Very strong Top 100 Prospects: SS A. Saucedo (#61 overall) Team Link - https://statsplus.net/fsl/team/35?page=roster Their minor league system is actually pretty good as they had the #3 pick in this year's loaded amateur draft. Their prospects should be signing next sim and this will boos their system rating. A team that can be good in a wide-open division with a good owner.

We are just now entering the off season of the 2024 season. We just completed our conversion to OOTP 20 and we had one team fall inactive and that team is very good!
Texas Rangers (76-86) Minor League System Rank: 5th Financial Status: Budget - $200 Million Payroll - $116 million Overall Health - In great shape Top 100 Prospects: 2B J. Patterson - #13 overall P N. Holmes - #32 overall 3B R. Fogg - #47 overall 3B. A. Vargas - #51 overall CF K. O'Neill - #81 overall Texas is really in a good position. They have a loaded minor league system and some valuable assets on the major league roster. Their financial health will allow them some mobility in this off season and their division is wide open every year. Really a good team to come right in and compete with. We are a great league, with active ownership, and rich history. If you are interested, please PM me here or email bwyant32@gmail.com . Thanks all

Texas filled.
Royals now open: Kansas City Royals (79-83) Minor League System Rank: 21st Financial Status: Budget - $176 Million Payroll - $82 million Overall Health - In great shape Top 100 Prospects: 2B B. Riggleman - #31 overall P S. Cisneros - #36 overall P M. Van Horn - #100 overall Kansas City has potential in a fairly weak division (minus Cleveland). They have youth in the right areas and with a move or two could be a decent team. Thankfully for the new owner there are no bad contracts. Feel free to PM me or email at bwyant32@gmail.com

Two very rare openings as we are just getting ready to start opening day of 2025:
Arizona Diamondbacks (100-62 a year ago) Minor League System Rank: 29th Financial Status: Budget - $176 Million Payroll - $173 million Overall Health - Over budget Top 100 Prospects: None TEAM LINK Arizona does have a team that is ready to compete but may need to shed some payroll. They have pieces to build a minor league system or compete if desired. They will take an owner savvy with budgeting. ------------------------ Kansas City Royals (74-88 a year ago) Minor League System Rank: 15th Financial Status: Budget - $176 Million Payroll - $99 million Overall Health - Very strong Top 100 Prospects: P S. Cisneros (#29 overall) 2B B. Riggleman (#33 overall) P C. Schutter (#81 overall) SS K. McCormack (#83 overall) Team Link KC only needs a dedicated owner to build a winning team. They have prospects if you wish to compete or movable MLB parts if you wish to build a system. Feel free to PM me or email at bwyant32@gmail.com

A rare opening with a prospect talented team:
New York Mets (69-93 a year ago) Minor League System Rank: 3rd Financial Status: Budget - $200 Million Payroll - $118 million Overall Health - Very strong Top 100 Prospects: P B.McKee (#4 overall) SS J. Carrillo (#22 overall) 1B K. Freeland (#58 overall) P M. Brown (#60 overall) CF N. Sparks (#70 overall) Team Link New York is certainly loaded with minor league talent to be a dynasty in the coming years. They also are in great financial health to invest heavily in the free agent market or invest in player development. The division is wide open and this team will not last. Email me at bwyant32@gmail.com or PM me here if interested.

I am aggressively looking to replace two lagging owners as our league is extremely active and these teams have potential with active owners. Our league has tons of features including an active blog, podcast, and integration with MLB the Show for player stories (photos) and a HR derby).
Arizona Diamondbacks (17-43) Minor League System Rank: 14th Financial Status: Budget - $170 Million Payroll - $88 million Overall Health - Very strong Top 100 Prospects: SS R. Rivera (#7 overall) 2B J. Castillo (#83 overall) Team Link - https://statsplus.net/fsl/team/31?page=roster Arizona had the #8 overall pick in a very strong draft this season. They are a rebuilding project but have some very strong prospects in AA and AAA so they aren't far away. ------------------------------------------- Chicago Cubs (24-35) Minor League System Rank: 20th Financial Status: Budget - $250 Million Payroll - $142 million Overall Health - Tons of Budget Space Top 100 Prospects: P M. Lynn (#27 overall) P S. Alva (#57 overall) Team Link - https://statsplus.net/fsl/team/36?page=roster Chicago has talent and has prospects at the AA and AAA levels to compete now, they just need a good owner that is active. Email me at bwyant32@gmail.com or PM me here if interested.

I have two teams that I really would like to find stable owners for:
San Diego Padres (49-46) Minor League System Rank: 29th Financial Status: Budget - $190 Million Payroll - $165 million Overall Health - Budget spenders Team Link - https://statsplus.net/fsl/team/53?page=roster San Diego is a win-now team that could sell a few assets for top end prospects. Email me at bwyant32@gmail.com or PM me here if interested.

Looking for a reliable owner for a team that has promise but needs consistent ownership:
San Diego Padres (10-13) Minor League System Rank: 25th Financial Status: Budget - $170 Million Payroll - $128 million Overall Health - Middle of the road - new owners get a free contract release Top Prospect: SP Ricky Curry OSA 4.5 Star, 19 year old future ace Team Link - https://statsplus.net/fsl/team/53?page=roster San Diego is a win-now team that could sell a few assets for top end prospects. They have been without an active owner for half a season and could benefit from someone that knows what they are doing. Email me at bwyant32@gmail.com or PM me here if interested.
