Incorrect draft order
In MLB standard start ups for some reason the real draft order is not used. It just defaults to he teams in reverse order of record with no picks for unsigned draftees last season

Afaik this should be right. It has been in my tests.
It could just be something weird happened in one save game for you. If you start a new quickstart or standard game using the current rosters, does the same thing still happen?
