JG's IPA 3.0
Upon trying to import my IPA 2.0 into OOTP24, I had some issues, so I just created a new version. This one starts in 2001, so that some of the team nicknames are more appropriate for the time period. Playoffs will be just like the MLB playoffs. Best-of-3 Wild Card Series, Best-of-Five Divison Series, Best-of-Seven League Championship and World Series. For the statistical output I went with 2001 settings.
